Return product

Displeased? No problem! You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt, without giving any reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return the product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for return are for your own account.

• Download the return form here
• Register the return with us via info@noenshop.nl including the return form
• You now have 14 days to return the product
• Pack the product carefully and as far as possible, in its original condition and packaging
• Make sure the address label is legible
• Send the package with track and trace
• Keep this track and trace code well until the package has reached us
• Unfortunately, we cannot fully credit returns that have not been carefully packaged. A depreciation will then take place
• The amount due will be refunded within 5 working days as soon as the product has been received and assessed by us
